Why Common Core?

The Common Core is being used to prepare today’s students for careers, college courses, and so much more.  Through the Common Core, students are developing the critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills they will need in order to be successful in today’s world.  The new standards that come along with the Common Core allow teachers to measure student progress throughout the school year and ensure that students will succeed academically.
